Return & Exchange Policy

Incase you are not satisfied with your purchase we'd be happy to exchange/return any item that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags, within 7 days from the date of delivery.

HOW DO I RETURN?

• Send Email to us with your order number and reason of return. 

• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.

• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.

• To send the original piece back, either we can arrange a reverse pick up for you or you can courier it back to us on this address:

• Once we receive the product, we will send the new size or issue store credit after the quality inspection.

• You can place a new order with the credit note which is valid up to 3 months from the date of issue.

 REFUND/cancellation:

• Garment(s) must be in original condition and in the original packing.

• Price tag should be attached to the product.

• When we received the return product, amount will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days.

• In case of cancellation Amount will be refund within 3-5 business days.
